REGULATION (EEC) No 1114/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 29 April 1973 extending the total suspension of the autonomous duties in the Common Customs Tariff on potatoes within subheading 07.01 A II

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Common Customs Tariff duties on these products COMMUNITIES, should be extended for a limited period ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community, and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 28 thereof ; Article 1 Having regard to the Draft Regulation submitted by the Commission ; The date 1 May 1973 given in Article 1 of the Regulation (EEC) No 908/73 shall be replaced by Whereas Regulation (EEC) No 908/73 (*) has tempo­ rarily suspended the autonomous duties in the the date 15 May 1973 .
