REGULATION (EEC) No 1115 /73 OF THE COMMISSION

of 30 March 1973

fixing minimum prices for exports to third countries of certain flowering corms, bulbs and tubers for the 1973/74 marketing year

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN be varied according to country of destination , COMMUNITIES, marketing conditions and size ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing ;the Whereas the measures provided by the present European Economic Community ; Regulation are in conformity with the advice of the Management Committee for live trees and other Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No plants, bulbs, roots and the like, cut flowers and 234/68 ( J ) of 27 February 1968 on the establishment ornamental foliage ; of a common organization of the market in live trees and other plants, bulbs, roots and the like, cut flowers HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : and ornamental foliage, and in particular Article 7 ( 1 ) thereof; Article 1

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1767/ The minimum prices applicable for the export year 68 (2) of 6 November 1968 on the system of minimum 1 June 1973 to 31 May 1974 are hereby fixed, for prices for exports to third countries of flowering each product, at the levels shown in Annex I. corms, bulbs and tubers, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 688/72 (3) of 28 March 1972, lays down that minimum export prices for the species Article 2 in question must be fixed each year and are appli­ cable to products harvested in the year following This Regulation shall enter into force on the third that in which they were fixed ; whereas for the export day following its publication in the Official Journal year 1 June 1973 to 31 May 1974 these prices should of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
