REGULATION ( EEC) No 1183 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 May 1973 fixing the premiums to be added to the levies on cereals, flour and malt

Whereas, if the levy system is to operate normally, the levies should be calculated on the basis of an Article 2 exchange rate which is based, in the case of currencies which are floating or whose central rate differs from This Regulation shall enter into force on 8 May 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
