REGULATION (EEC) No 1189/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 8 May 1973 fixing the aid for skimmed milk and skimmed-milk powder for use as animal feed for the 1973 /74 milk year

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
