REGULATION (EEC) No 1190/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 8 May 1973 fixing the threshold prices for certain milk products for the 1973/74 milk year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; 1 . The threshold prices for the 1973/74 milk year shall be fixed as follows : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/ Pilot product Units of account 68 ( x) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the group of products per 100 kg of the market in milk and milk products, as last amended by the Act concerning the Conditions of 1 21-50 Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties ( 2), 2 79-00 and in particular Article 4 thereof ; 3 122-95 Having regard to the proposal from the Commis­ 4 50-85 sion ; 5 68-00 Whereas threshold prices must be fixed at such a 6 191-15 level that the prices of imported milk products 7 179-30 correspond to the target price for milk, allowance 153-20 8 being made for the protection necessary for the 9 240-95 Community processing industry ; whereas, 10 163-35 consequently, the threshold price should be fixed on the basis of the target price for milk, taking into 11 148-05 account the relationship which it is desired to estab­ 12 43-00 lish between the value of milkfat and that of skimmed milk, as well as the standardized costs and 2.
