REGULATION (EEC) No 1208/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 10 May 1973 fixing the levies on rice and broken rice

Whereas, if the levy system is to operate normally, levies should be calculated on the basis of an Article 2 exchange rate which is based, in the case of currencies which are floating or whose central rate differs from This Regulation shall enter into force on 11 May the official parity, on the effective rate or the 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
