REGULATION (EEC) No 1296/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 15 May 1973 re-establishing Common Customs Tariff duties on other kinds of leather falling within subheading No 41.05 B II, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2762/72 of 19 December 1972 apply
