REGULATION (ECSC, EEC, EURATOM) No 1301 /73 OF THE COUNCIL of 14 May 1973 adjusting the weightings applied to the remuneration and pensions of the Offi­ cials and Other Servants of the European Communities

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN from 1 July 1972 to 30 June 1973 pursuant to Article COMMUNITIES, 65 ( 1 ) of the Staff Regulations ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing a Single Council and a Single Commission of the European Communities ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom, Article 1 ECSC) No 259/ 68 (J) of 29 February 1968 laying down the Staff Regulations of Officials and the Condi­ tions of Employment of Other Servants of the Euro­ 1 . With effect from 1 January 1973 the weightings pean Communities and instituting special measures applicable to the remuneration of Officials employed temporarily applicable to Officials of the Commission, in the countries listed below shall be as follows : as last amended by Regulation (Euratom, ECSC, EEC) No 2647/72 (2) and in particular Articles 2 and 3 Belgium 112·8 thereof and Articles 64, 65 (2) and 82 of the Staff Federal Republic of Germany 107·4 Regulations of Officials of the European Communities France 134·7 and the first paragraph of Article 20 and Article 64 of Italy 111·1 the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of 112·8 the Communities : Grand Duchy of Luxembourg Netherlands 112·8 United Kingdom 122·8 Switzerland 1090 Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ;

2.
