REGULATION (EEC) No 1312/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 May 1973 concerning the supply of butteroil for shipment to certain third countries as a measure of Community Aid to the World Food Programme
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN ( a ) 750 metric tons for shipment to the Arab COMMUNITIES, Republic of Egypt ;

Article 5 Article 7 The closing date for the receipt of tenders shall be This Regulation shall enter into force on the third 12 June 1973 at 12 noon . day following its publication in the Official Journal Article 6 of the European Communities . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
