REGULATION (EEC) No 1358/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 15 May 1973 fixing the amount of aid for cotton seeds for the 1973/74 marketing year

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, Whereas Article 1 of Regulation ( EEC ) No 1516/71 provides that the amount of aid be fixed annually for Having regard to the Treaty establishing the cotton seeds produced within the Community so as European Economic Community, and in particular to ensure a fair income for the producer, taking Article 43 thereof; account of the market situation and foreseeable market trends ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1516/71 ( 1 ) of 12 July 1971 introducing a system of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : aid for cotton seeds, and in particular Article 1 (3 ) thereof; Sole Article Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; For the 1973 /74 marketing year, the amount of aid Having regard to the Opinion of the European referred to in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No Parliament; 1516/71 shall be 82 units of account per hectare.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
