making an eleventh amendment to the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1576/72 as regards the differential amounts for colza and rape seed

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1569/72 (4) of 20 July 1972 laying down special measures for colza and rape seed, as amended by The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 1576/72 is Regulation (EEC) No 527/73 (5), and in particular replaced by the Annex to this Regulation. Article 3 thereof ;

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 1576/72 (®) of 24 July 1972, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1313 /73 (7), laid down detailed This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 May rules of application for Regulation (EEC) No 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
