Article4¶

Regulation (EEC) No 349/73 is amended as follows : Article 5 1 . In Article 1 (b) the words 'during the 1972/73 milk year' are replaced by the words 'after 1 April 1973'. This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 May 1973 . 2. In Article 2 (3) the amount ' 110 units of account per 100 kg' is replaced by the amount ' 100 units of However, at the buyer's request, the provisions of account per 100 kg'.
