REGULATION ( EEC) No 1399/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 May 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 756/70 on granting aid for skimmed milk processed into casein and caseinates

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN price changes in international trade for skimmed-milk COMMUNITIES, powder and caseins ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 ( !) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by the Act concerning the Conditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the Treaties (2), and Article 1 in particular Article 1 1 (3) thereof ; In Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 756/70 the Whereas Article 2 ( 1 ) of Commission Regulation amount '2·30 units of account' is replaced by the (EEC) No 756/70 (3) of 24 April 1970 on granting aid amount ' 3·60 units of account'. for skimmed milk processed into casein and casei­ nates, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 455/73 (4), fixed the amount of aid granted for skimmed milk processed into casein and caseinates at This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 May 1973 2·30 units of account per 100 kilogrammes ; whereas Casein and caseinates sold before that date shall not that amount should be adjusted to prices operative in the Community for the 1973/74 milk year and to be affected by this Regulation .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
