REGULATION (EEC) No 1453/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 30 May 1973 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers imported from Bulgaria

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1322/73 (3) of 21 May 1973, introduced a counter­ Article 2 vailing charge on cucumbers imported from Bulgaria ; Whereas, for this product imported from Bulgaria, This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 May 1973 . there were no prices for six consecutive working days,

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
