REGULATION (EEC) No 1478/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 4 June 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1243/73 concerning the last delivery date for white sugar to be supplied to UNRWA

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measure provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Sugar ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ pean Economic Community ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 1052/73 (*), of 17 April 1973 on the supply of sugar to UNRWA as food aid pursuant to the agreement with that agency dated 18 December 1972, and in Article 1 particular Article 1 (3) thereof ; In Article 9 (4) of Regulation (EEC) No 1243/73 the Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1243/ date ' 11 July 1973 ' shall be replaced by the date 73 (2) of 14 May 1973 on a standing invitation to '25 July 1973 '. tender for the mobilization of white sugar as food aid for UNRWA, provides a last date for delivering Article 2 of the sugar in question ; whereas it is necessary to fix a last date more remote than this provided now ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 June 1973 .

This Regulation is binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
