REGULATION (ECSC, EEC, EURATOM) No 1543 /73 OF THE COUNCIL

introducing special measures temporarily applicable to officials of the European Com munities paid from research and investment funds
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
CHAPTER I Having regard to the Treaty establishing a Single Council and a Single Commission of the European Communities, and in particular Article 24 thereof; Special and temporary measures applicable to the recruitment of officials of the European Communities in consequence of the Accession of new Member Having regard to the Proposal from the Commission , States submitted after consulting the Staff Regulations Committee ;
