HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation No 142/67/EEC (5) of 21 June 1967 on export refunds on colza, rape and sunflower seeds, as last amended Article 1 by Regulation (EEC) No 2429/72 (6), and in particu­ lar the second sentence of Article 2 (3 ) thereof ; The refunds on the products referred to in Article 21 of Regulation No 136/66/EEC, exported to third Whereas the export refunds on oil seeds were fixed countries and Greece, as fixed in the Annex to by Regulation ( EEC) No 1448 /73 (7 ) ; Regulation (EEC) No 1448/73 , are hereby altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation.
