REGULATION (EEC ) No 1627/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 18 June 1973 fixing the Community quantitative export quota for certain types of copper ash and residues and for certain types of copper, aluminium and lead waste and scrap

Article2

In allocating the quotas fixed in Article 1 , the fallowing criteria shall be applied

Article 3 apply to movement within the Community of the products listed in Article 1 . The products listed in Article 1 , where obtained under inward processing arrangements within the meaning of the Council Directive of 4 March Article 5 1969 (*) on the harmonization of provisions laid down by law, regulation or administrative action in The Council shall, in good time and in any case respect of inward processing, and exported outside before 31 December 1973 decide on the measures to the Community, and products exported temporarily be taken after expiry of this Regulation as regards for processing, working or repair in a third the exportation of the products listed in Article 1 . country which are to be reimported for home use within the customs territory of the Community Article 6 (outward processing), shall be counted against the quota share of the exporting Member State .
