REGULATION (EEC) No 1693 /73 OF THE COUNCIL of 25 June 1973
establishing Community supervision of imports of certain products originating in Norway
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , the Commission must be able to take adequate measures to reintroduce customs tariff duties whenever one of the ceilings has been reached ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Whereas the amounts mentioned in Annex C of this Article 113 thereof ; Protocol represent the annual indicative ceilings ; whereas, on the entry into force of the agreement, Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; being nevertheless provided for 1 July 1973 , the 'pro rata temporis' clause of Article 4 of the Protocol is Whereas an Agreement between the European applicable.
