REGULATION ( EEC) No 1701 / 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 26 June 1973 establishing the standard average values for the valuation of imported citrus fruits
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Commission in accordance with Article 4 ( 1 ) of that COMMUNITIES, Regulation that the standard average values should be fixed as shown in the Annex to this Regulation ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1570/70 (') of 3 August 1970 establishing a system of standard average values for citrus fruits, as last Article 1 amended by the Act (2) annexed to the Treaty (3) on The standard average values provided for in Article 2 the Accession of new Member States to the European ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 1570/70 shall be as shown Economic Community and the European Atomic in the Table in the Annex . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
