fixing production refunds on white sugar used in the chemical industry

Whereas Commission Regulation ( EEC ) No 872/ Article 2 73 (5) of 30 March 1973 fixing production refunds on white sugar used in the chemical industry has reminded the rules to be used for this fixing ; whereas This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
