REGULATION ( EEC) No 1770/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 29 June 1973 laying down detailed rules for the application of Article 4b of Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 and Article 5a of Regulation (EEC) No 1569/72 in the oil seeds sector
