amending Regulation (EEC) No 470/73 of 31 January 1973 , laying down general rules for the application of the compensatory amounts applicable to colza and rape seed pro duced in the new Member States
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Member State in which the seeds have been har COMMUNITIES , vested ;
Whereas Article 2 of Regulation ( EEC ) No 470/73 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro fixed the amount of the security accompanying the pean Economic Community ; said control copy ;
Having regard to the Treaty (*) concerning the Whereas Council Regulation (EEC ) No 1706/73 Accession of new Member States to the European concerning the compensatory amounts applicable to Economic Community and the European Atomic colza and rape seed , fixed the said amounts for the Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1973 /74 marketing year at a level below that valid 1972 ; for the previous marketing year ;
Having regard to the Act (2 ) concerning the Con Whereas consequently the amount of the security ditions of Accession and the Adjustments to the fixed in Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC ) No 470/73 Treaties ; should be adjusted ;
Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation 1706/ 73 ( 3 ) of 26 June 1973 , concerning the compen are in accordance with the Opinion of the Man satory amounts applicable to colza and rape seeds, agement Committee for Oils and Fats ; and in particular Article 2 thereof;
Whereas Regulation ( EEC ) No 470/73 (4 ) of 31 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : January 1973 , laying down general rules for the application of the compensatory amounts applicable Article 1 to colza and rape seed produced in the new Member States, provides that when seeds harvested in the In Article 2 ( 1 ) of Regulation ( EEC ) No 470/73 United Kingdom or in Denmark are the subject of amounts of 1-5 units of account and 6-50 units of trade between Member States , the control copy account are replaced by 1-20 units of account and referred to in Article 1 of Commission Regulation 5-20 units of account respectively. (EEC ) 2315 / 69 (5 ) of 19 November 1969 on the use of Community transit documents for the purpose of Article 2 applying Community measures for verifying the use and/ or destination of goods shall be drawn in the This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1973 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
