REGULATION (EEC) No 1832/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 4 July 1973 establishing a system of permits covering the import of yarn of jute from non-member countries into the United Kingdom

The import authorizations provided for in Article 1 Whereas the threat of substantial injury originated shall be issued by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland . in the imports intended for United Kingdom markets and taking into account existing trade flows, it appears to be justified that the protective Article 3 measures be restricted to imports into the United Kingdom at the present time ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of (!)
