REGULATION (EEC) No 1845/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 9 July 1973 fixing the export refunds on fruit and vegetables
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas economically significant quantities of COMMUNITIES, 'Extra' Class, Class I and Class II fresh lemons, apples and peaches, of 'Extra' Class and Class I Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro hothouse grapes of shelled hazelnuts and of un pean Economic Community ; shelled walnuts can be exported at the present time ;

2. If apples are shipped to their destination via fruit and vegetables, as supplemented by Regulation the Cape of Good Hope, the amount indicated in (EEC) No 316/71 (2), shall apply to the unshelled the Annex shall be increased by 4 u.a./lOO kg. walnuts, apples and peaches set out in the Annex.
Article 2 3. The provisions of Article 2b of Commission Regulation (EEC No 497/70 (») of 17 March 1970 This Regulation shall enter into force on 11 July on rules for the application of export refunds on 1973 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
