REGULATION (EEC) No 1900/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 13 July 1973 amending the amounts applicable as compensatory amounts for cereals and rice

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas compensatory amounts for cereals and rice COMMUNITIES , have been fixed pursuant to Regulation ( EEC ) No 441 /73 (4), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1887/73 ( 5 ), that as a result of an error, the amounts Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro pean Economic Community ; applicable as compensatory amounts for the products in the heading No 11.02 B 1 b ) 4 have not been Having regard to the Treaty (*) concerning the Acces correctly fixed, it is therefore necessary to correct sion of new Member States to the European Econo Regulation ( EEC ) No 1887/73 ; mic Community and the European Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels 22 January 1972 ; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Article 2 243 /73 ( 3 ) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for a system of compensatory amounts for rice This Regulation shall enter into force on 14 July and fixing these amounts for certain products, and in 1973 . At the request of the interested party it shall particular Article 5 thereof ; apply from 13 July 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
