REGULATION (EEC) No 1958/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 July 1973 altering the monetary compensatory amounts for wheat groats and meal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts in­ 11.02 Ala) 5.009 9.638 27 675 troduced by Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1469/ 11.02 A lb) 6.312 10.245 25 375 73 (8) of 30 May 1973, as last amended by Regula­ tion (EEC) No 1902/73 (4) ; Whereas as a result of an error, the compensatory Article 2 amounts for wheat groats and meal have not been correctly fixed ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 July Whereas it is necessary to alter Regulation (EEC) No 1973 . At the request of the interested party it shall 1902/72 : apply from 16 July 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
