REGULATION ( EEC) No 2004 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 July 1973 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 1405/73 laying down the safeguard measures applicable to the export of rice and broken rice from the Community

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
