REGULATION (EEC) No 2006/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 July 1973 fixing the threshold prices for certain classes of flour, groats and meal for the 1973/74 marketing year

Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation No 120/67/ EEC (*) of 13 June 1967 on the common organization For the 1973/74 marketing year, the threshold prices of the market in cereals, as last amended by Regula­ for the products listed in Article 1 (c) of Regulation tion (EEC) No 1346/73 (2), and in particular Article No 120/67/EEC are fixed as follows : 5 (6 ) thereof ; in u.a . / 1 000 kg Wheat and meslin flour 171-74 Whereas, pursuant to Article 5 (5 ) of the abovemen­ tioned Regulation, the threshold prices for wheat Rye flour 169-96 flour, meslin flour and rye flour, and for wheat Common wheath groats and meal 185-48 igroats and meal, must be fixed according to the rules Durum wheat groats and meal 208-52 and for the standard qualities laid down in Articles 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Council Regulation (EEC ) No 1397/ Article 2 69 (3) of 17 July 1969 ; whereas the calculations madef in accordance with those rules give the prices shown This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August below : 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
