REGULATION (EURATOM) No 2010/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 24 July 1973 altering the conditions governing remuneration and social security for establishment staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Federal Republic of Germany

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN fur Arbeiter des Bundes justify an amendment of COMMUNITIES, Regulation No 9/65/Euratom ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing a single Council and a single Commission of the European HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Communities ;

Article 1 Having regard to the Staff Regulations of Officials of the European Communities and the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants of the Communities Regulation No 9/65 /Euratom shall be amended as laid down by Regulation ( EEC, Euratom, ECSC ) No follows : 259/68 ( 1 ), last amended by Regulation (ECSC, EEC, Euratom) No 558/73 (2), and in particular Article 94 1 . The following shall be substituted for Article 3 ( a): of the Conditions of Employment of Other Servants ; 'A household allowance equal to 5 °/o of the basic monthly salary but not less than DM 80 per Having regard to the proposal from the Commission ; month ; paragraphs 2 to 4 of Article 1 of Annex VII to the Staff Regulations shall apply.' Whereas, in Regulation No 9/65/Euratom (3), last amended by Regulation (Euratom) No 1372/72 (4), 2. In the third paragraph of Article 7, 'DM 200' the Council laid down the conditions governing shall be substituted for 'DM 165 '. remuneration and social security for established staff of the Joint Research Centre employed in the Federal Republic of Germany ; Article 2

Whereas staff salary increases covered by the Bundes­ The following shall be substituted for the Annex to Angestelltentarifvertrag and the Manteltarifvertrag Regulation No 9/65 /Euratom :

Article3¶

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
