REGULATION (EEC) No 2050/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 25 July 1973 fixing the sluice-gate prices and levies for eggs
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN said component was calculated ; whereas that period COMMUNITIES , runs from 1 November 1972 to 30 April 1973 ;

Whereas the sluice-gate price for the products mentioned in Article 1 ( 1 ) ( b ) of Regulation No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 122/67/EEC must be derived from the sluice-gate price for eggs in shell by taking into account the less Article 1 value of the basic material , the coefficients for those products fixed pursuant to Article 5 (2) of that The levies provided for in Article 3 of Regulation No Regulation, and the standard amount referred to in 122/67/EEC and the sluice-gate prices provided for in the Annex to Regulation No 164/67/EEC; Article 7 of that Regulation for the products referred to in Article 1 ( 1 ) of that same Regulation are fixed Whereas, with regard to the less value to be included in the Annex. in the calculation of the sluice-gate prices for whole products, account should be taken firstly of the lack r of certain specific marketing costs for eggs in shell, ' Article 2 and of a percentage reflecting the lower prices generally obtained for eggs reserved for processing; whereas these marketing costs — to be deducted This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 August from the sluice-gate price for eggs in shell — may be 1973 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
