REGULATION (EEC ) No 2091 /73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 July 1973 fixing the export refund on olive oil
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas Article 3 of Regulation No 171 /67/EEC pro COMMUNITIES, vides that when the refund on olive oil is being fixed account must be taken of : Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro pean Economic Community ; — the existing situation and the future trend with regard to prices and availabilities of olive oil on Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/ the Community market and prices for olive oil EEC (1) of 22 September 1966 on the establishment on the world market; of a common organization of the market in oils and fats, as last amended by the Act (2) annexed to the — the aims of the common organization of the mar Treaty (3) on the Accession of new Member States to ket in olive oil which are to ensure equilibrium the European Economic Community and the Euro and the natural development of prices and trade pean Atomic Energy Community, signed at Brussels on this market ; on 22 January 1972 ; — the need to avoid disturbances on the Commu Having regard to Council Regulation No 162/66/ nity market ; and EEC (4) of 27 October 1966 on trade in oils and fats between the Community and Greece ; — the economic aspect of the proposed exports ;
