opening, allocating and providing for the administration of a Community tariff quota for certain textile products originating in Yugoslavia
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, wholly or in part at a later date ; whereas this possibility may be adopted inter alia with a view to remedying any unfavourable situations which Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community; might arise in the associated countries following the implementation of the generalized preference scheme ;
