REGULATION (EEC) No 2183/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 9 August 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 71 /73 on the sale of butter from public stocks

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN extend this measure to butter which went into store COMMUNITIES, before 1 July 1973 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community ; are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/ 68 (!) of 27 June 1968 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in milk and milk products, as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by the Act (2) on the Conditions of Acces­ sion and the Adjustments to the Treaties and in parti­ Article 1 cular Article 6 (7) thereof ; In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 71 /73, the date Whereas Article 1 of Commission Regulation (EEC) ' ljune 1973' is replaced by the date of '1 July 1973'. No 71 /73 (3) of 4 January 1973 on the sale of butter from public stocks, as last amended by Regulation Article 2 (EEC) No 1517/73 (4), provides that the butter to be sold must have gone into store before 1 June 1973 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day whereas it is appropriate, account being taken of the following its publication in the Official Journal of development of the Community butter stocks, to the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
