REGULATION (EEC) No 2198/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 10 August 1973 altering the refunds on exports of certain milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas it follows from applying the rules and COMMUNITIES, other provisions contained jn Regulation (EEC) No 2036/73 to the information at present available to Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro­ the Commission that the export refunds at present in force should be altered as shown in the Annex to pean Economic Community ; this Regulation ; Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC ) No 804/ 68 ( 1 ) of 27 June 1968 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in milk and milk products as last amended by the Act ( 2 ) annexed to the Treaty ( 3 ) on Article 1 the Accession of new Member States to the European Economic Community and the European Atomic The refunds on the products listed in Article 17 of Energy Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January Regulation ( EEC) No 804/68 exported in the 1972, and in particular Article 17 (5 ) thereof ; natural state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation ( EEC ) No 2036/73 , are hereby altered to the amounts Having regard to the Opinion of the Monetary shown in the Annex to this Regulation . Committee ; Article 2 Whereas the export refunds on milk and milk products were fixed by Regulation ( EEC ) No This Regulation shall enter into force on 11 August 2036/73 ( 4 ) ; 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
