REGULATION ( EEC) No 2312/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 24 August 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2637/70 as regards the security relating to import and export licences for cereals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
