REGULATION ( EEC) No 2386/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 31 August 1973 fixing the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN down general rules for the system of compensatory COMMUNITIES , amounts for cereal arises ; Having regard to the Treaty (') concerning the Acces Whereas in the sector of poultrymeat the calculation sion of new Member States to the European Economic of the compensatory amounts for trade with Denmark, Community, and the European Atomic Energy Ireland and the United Kingdom results in minimal Community, signed at Brussels on 22 January 1972 ; amounts ; whereas there is therefore no need to fix compensatory amounts ; Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 235/73 (2) of 31 January 1973 laying down general rules for the system of compensatory amounts for HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : poultrymeat, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1053 /73 (3 ), and in particular Article 8 ( 3 ) thereof ; Article 1 Whereas the compensatory amounts for poultrymeat The amounts provided for in Article 3 of Regulation products were fixed by Council Regulation ( EEC) No ( EEC) No 235/ 73 as compensatory amounts for poul 235/73 and Commission Regulation ( EEC) No trymeat for September 1973 are fixed at 0 . 2054/73 (4) of 25 July 1973 ; whereas , however, the compensatory amounts are determined in accordance Artie c 2 with Article 3 of Regulation (EEC) No 235/73 where the situation envisaged in Article 7 of Council Regula This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September tion ( EEC) No 229 / 73 ( 5 ) of 31 January 1973 laying 1973 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
