REGULATION ( EEC No 2507 / 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 14 September 1973 amending the closing date for the submission of the declaration of areas of cotton seeds sown for the marketing year 1973/ 1974

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Article 1

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1516/71 (') of 12 July 1971 introducing a system of By way of derogation from Article 3 ( 1 ) of Regulation subsidies for cotton seeds, and in particular Article 1 (EEC) No 1514/72 with regard to declarations of areas (5) thereof ; sown for cotton seeds submitted for the marketing year 1973/ 1974, the closing date of 31 July is replaced Whereas Article 3 ( 1 ) of Commission Regulation by that of 30 September 1973 . (EEC) No 1514/72 (2 ) of 14 July 1972, on certain detailed rules concerning the subsidy for cotton seeds, provides that every producer of cotton seeds shall submit a declaration of areas sown each year by 31 Article 2 July of that year at latest ; whereas administrative diffi­ culties have not allowed this date to be respected for the 1973 / 1974 marketing year ; whereas the closing This Regulation shall enter into force on the day date mentioned above should therefore be deferred following its publication in the Official Journal of until 30 September 1973 for the said marketing year ; the European Communities.
