REGULATION (EEC) No 2630/73 OF THE COUNCIL
of 27 September 1973 establishing a system of permits covering the import of yarn of jute from non-member countries into the United Kingdom

Article 2 2. The import authorizations referred to in paragraph 1 shall be issued by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland . This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
