REGULATION (EEC) No 2631 /73 OF THE COUNCIL of 27 September 1973
providing for licences for the import of cotton yarn into the United Kingdom from non-member countries
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas to remove the threat of injury, protective COMMUNITIES, measures should be adopted for a period extending up to 31 December 1973 ;

Article 2 2. The imports licences referred to in paragraph 1 shall be issued by the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland . This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
