REGULATION (EEC) No 2633 /73 OF THE COUNCIL of 1 October 1973 temporarily and partially suspending the autonomous duty in the Common Customs Tariff on almonds of subheading 08.05 A II

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN users without endangering Community production COMMUNITIES , or the income of Community producers,

Whereas, this year, production of almonds is con­ siderably lower than normal in the Community and Article 2 in third countries ; whereas the price accordingly tends to increase ; whereas, in these circumstances, a sus­ pension of the duty in the Common Customs Tariff This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October to 3 % would facilitate the supplying of Community 1973 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
