REGULATION (EEC) No 2752/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 10 October 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2637/70 in respect of the period of validity of advance fixing certificates for certain agricultural products, exported in the form of goods not covered by Annex II to the Treaty

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Mana­ gement Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Article 2 This Regulation shall enter into torce on the day following the day of its publication in the Official Journal of tin- European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
