REGULATION (EEC) No 2816/73 OF THE COUNCIL of 15 October 1973 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2733/72 for the purpose of including other hand-made products and extending its application to Uruguay

Article 2 The form of certificate annexed to this Regulation is added after the forms of cer­ tificates appearing in the annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2733/72.

Article 3 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
