REGULATION ( EEC) No 2825 / 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 October 1973 re-establishing Common Customs Tariff duties on regenerated cellulose, falling within subheading No 39.03 B I , originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferen tial tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2762/72 of 19 December 1972 apply
