REGULATION (EEC) No 2840 / 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 17 October 1973 opening an invitation to tender for the costs of delivery of skimmed-milk powder to Bangla Desh as food aid
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN The said agency shall procure that the packing is COMMUNITIES , marked in letter at least 1 cm high :
