REGULATION ( EEC) No 2866/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 19 October 1973 concerning notification to the Commission by the Member States of import licences issued for wine

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ; Member States shall on the days specified below notify the Commission of the quantities of products Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No for which import licences have been issued during the 816/70 (•) of 28 April 1970 laying down additional periods shown : provisions for the common organization of the market in wine, as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No on the 5th day of each month for the period from the 2680/72 (2), and in particular Article 35 thereof ; 16th to the last day of the preceding month, on the 20th day of each month for the period from Whereas pursuant to Article 10 of Regulation ( EEC) the 1st to the 15th day of the current month , No 1014/70 (3) on import licences for wine, as last in accordance with Annex . amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 373 /70 (4), Member States must notify the Commission every Article 2 week of the import licences issued ; Whereas experience has shown that such notice Regulation ( EEC) No 1014/70 is repealed . should be given every fifteen days and be presented in a standard form ; Article 3
