REGULATION (EEC) No 2995/73 OF THE COUNCIL
of 29 October 1973 extending and amending Regulation (EEC) No 984/73 on the definition of the concept of 'originating products' in trade with Austria, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Portugal, Sweden and Switzerland
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN as a result of these Decisions the community imple COMMUNITIES, menting Regulations must be amended ; whereas, under these circumstances, the corresponding provi sions of Regulation (EEC) No 984/73 should also be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the Euro pean Economic Community, and in particular Article amended, 113 thereof ;

Article3¶
1 . The text of Article 20 of Regulation (EEC) No 984/73 is replaced by the following :
'Movement certificates may, where appropriate, be required to indicate that the products to which they relate have acquired the status of originating products and have undergone any additional processing under the conditions set out in Article 21 .'
2. Note 9 — Articles 20 and 21 — of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 984/73 is deleted.
3 . Annex III to Regulation (EEC) No 984/73 is deleted.
Article4¶
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 1973 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
