REGULATION (EEC) No 3020/73 OF THE COMMISSION of 7 November 1973 reintroducing Common Customs Tariff duties on cotton yarn, put up for retail sale, falling within heading No 55.06, originating in Yugoslavia to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2172/73 of 8 August 1973 apply
