REGULATION ( EEC) No 3039/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 8 November 1973 closing the standing invitation to tender for the purpose of determining dena­ turing premiums for white sugar for feeding to bees provided for in Regulation ( EEC) No 2711 / 73

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures laid down in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the Opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Sugar, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community ;

Having regard to Council Regulation No 1009/ ' HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 67 / EEC (') of 18 December 1967 on the common organization of the market in sugar, as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 928 / 73 (2 ), and in particular Article 1 Article 9 ( 8 ) thereof ; The standing invitation to tender provided for in Whereas , Commission Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No .2711 /73 is hereby closed on 15 271 1 /73 (•') of 4 October 1973 on the opening of a November 1973 . standing invitation to tender for the purpose of deter­ mining denaturing premiums for white sugar for feeding to bees provides that the Member States are to Article 2 issue partial invitations to tender for the purpose of determining the said premiums ; whereas the above­ This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its mentioned standing invitation to tender should be publication in the Official Journal of the European closed ; Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
