REGULATION (EEC) No 3062/ 73 OF THE COMMISSION of 12 November 1973 re-establishing Common Customs Tariff duties on women's, girls' and infants' outer garments, of cotton , falling within heading No ex 61.02 , originating in India, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regula­ tion (EEC) No 2629/73 of 26 September 1973 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
